Back-up care that actually shows up.

When a sitter cancels, school closes, or a parent needs help, your employees get vetted care for their kids, adults and pets — usually within hours. And you go live in under two weeks, not two quarters.

No minimum company size · Published pricing · Employees keep using it or you don’t renew

Why this is worth buying

Care falls through on a Tuesday, and the day is gone.

Back-up care converts an unplanned absence into a covered day. That's the whole value proposition — and it's why employers pay for it rather than employees.

We’re not going to put invented statistics on this page. These three claims are true and well documented; the specific figures and their sources go in before this site takes traffic.

How it works

Three steps, and a human behind every one of them.

01

Your employee requests care

Care type, who needs it, when, and where. About two minutes on a phone, at 6am, one-handed. They see their copay before they submit.

02

We match a caregiver or reserve a seat

Vetted caregivers are offered the job in waves. Centre seats confirm instantly. If nobody accepts, a human coordinator picks it up — it never dead-ends.

03

They show up. You get the day back.

Geofenced clock-in, a care note at the end, and a line in your usage report tied to a real employee, a real entitlement, and a real invoice.

Trust & safety

You are letting a stranger into your home on your worst morning.

We treat that as the whole product. No caregiver reaches a family without clearing every gate below — and there is no override that skips them except a logged, named exception.

Background checks

Criminal and motor-vehicle checks through Checkr, re-run annually. Never expired, never skipped.

Verified credentials

CPR, first aid, CNA and infant certifications checked at source and auto-suspended on expiry.

Identity confirmed

Government ID plus liveness check before anyone is activated. The person at your door is the person on the profile.

Insured

General and professional liability on every booking, plus abuse and molestation coverage.

Licensed centre partners

Licence number, state, expiry and last inspection date shown on every centre. Expired licence, removed from search.

Real-time care notes

What happened, when, and by whom — visible to the family and auditable by us. Never visible to the employer.

Why us

Live in two weeks, not two quarters.

Traditional back-up care was built for 10,000-person companies. If you have 400 people you've been told you're too small, or quoted a six-figure minimum. You are not too small. Your people have exactly the same problem.

“Traditional providers” describes the incumbent enterprise category. We’re not going to name a competitor and invite a comparison on centre count — they’d win that one. Speed and mid-market fit are the frames where we’re genuinely better.

Who's using it

We're early, and we'd rather say so.

A note from the founders

We don’t have a wall of logos yet. We could licence some stock photography and imply otherwise, but you’d find out on the reference call. What we have is a working product, a vetted caregiver network in our launch market, and room for a handful more design partners who want to shape this. If that’s interesting, the demo is a real conversation, not a pitch.

The elder care piece is what got us. Half my escalations last year were people trying to cover a parent, and our old provider had nothing for them.

We were quoted a six-figure minimum by the incumbent for 380 people. Published pricing meant I could take this to finance in an afternoon.
